Hoya verticillata 'Red leaf' or Wax Plant are easy to look after, in fact the less you do the less you do the better. The plant has fleshy leaves and produces clusters of fragrant waxy flowers. This guy is beautifully attached to a climbing frame or trellis. Hoya is a great choice for a gift as they are super easy going, would also be well suited to someone with a busy lifestyle. 

How to care for your hoya - 

Water:  Less is more when it comes to watering; we like to wait until the leaves pucker slightly.

Light: They enjoy bright indirect light. 

Humidity: They like high humidity and would be perfect for a bathroom or kitchen.

Temperature: Average room temperature is fine.
