At House of Kojo, we want you to love your new botanical companions; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all plants and products are returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Carefully repackage your items, ensuring that plants are secured to prevent damage during transit and including all original documentation.

  Ship to House of Kojo

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
