Description
Mammillaria elegans, commonly known as the Elegant Pincushion Cactus, is a striking cactus species known for its spherical to cylindrical shape and vibrant spines.
During its blooming period, this cactus produces small, funnel-shaped flowers in shades of pink or magenta, often forming a ring near the top of the plant.
How to care for your Cactus -
Water: Water sparingly and allow to dry out in between watering, especially during Winter
Light: Prefers medium light conditions.
Humidity: Will thrive in average humidity levels and can tolerate lower levels of humidity.
Temperature: Needs average to warm conditions 16-25°C but will be OK down to 10°C for short periods.
Other info -
Toxic to cats & dogs? No but best to keep away from pets due to their small painful spikes.
